As a Senior Accountant/ Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to: act as a lead member of an engagement team, supervising work of other accounting professionals organise and take responsibility for all works on an engagement, including review of input accounting data, analysing tax aspects of individual transactions, finalising statutory and tax reporting comprising financial statements, management reports, tax returns and tax information, etc. identify potential risks of business transactions from the statutory and tax compliance perspective develop and motivate junior staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance. We are looking for a Candidate with: 4 - 5 years of experience in providing professional accounting services university degree, preferably in Accounting / Finance or Economics excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) knowledge of Polish GAAP and preferably also IFRS experience in Polish tax compliance with particular emphasis on VAT strong verbal and written communication skills in English fluency in Polish (is a must) experience in delegating and supervising work of others demonstrated problem solving skills ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels, including delegation of work supervision of accounting professionals experience in international environment / projects will be a plus.
